Jennifer Orsi, MPH

Epidemiologist

Professional Summary
Currently Jennifer serves as the lead project evaluator of two health education programs for culturally Deaf adults living within the Chicago metropolitan area. Ms. Orsi is also involved in development of new interventions to identify and reduce health disparities within the Deaf community. Previously, she served as an Epidemiologist at the Arizona Department of Health Services where she was instrumental in the development, marketing, and dissemination of Arizona’s statewide web-based electronic surveillance system. Prior to her work in Arizona, Ms. Orsi was a member of the syphilis elimination team at the Chicago Department of Public Health. She also served as a research assistant for a project examining the relationship between depression and the menopause transition among middle-aged women.
